Caution

The evidence points away from this vehicle. Walking away here is the report doing its job.
How much certainty stands behind the read.
Confidence is a band — High, Moderate, or Low — with reasons. It is separate from the conclusion, and it is never a percentage.
High
The evidence set is strong enough to support a firm read, with reasons stated.
Moderate
The read is usable, and the remaining gaps are named so you know what would move the band.
Low
Material gaps remain. The report still tells you what is known — and what is not.
